International Trade

Trade That Moves.
Managed End to End.

We facilitate cross-border trade by connecting buyers and sellers, coordinating freight, and managing every document and detail in between.

How We Trade

Cross-Border Trade,
Done Properly.

International trade involves more than moving goods from one country to another. It requires accurate documentation, compliance with import and export regulations, reliable freight coordination, and clear communication between buyers, sellers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

Indus Crest Trade manages this complexity on behalf of our clients. We act as the coordinating party — ensuring every element of a trade transaction is handled correctly, on time, and with full transparency.

We do not claim to operate everywhere. We take on trade engagements where we can genuinely add value and deliver on our commitments — and we are honest when a requirement falls outside our current scope.

Freight Modes

How We Move Cargo

Sea Freight

The backbone of international trade. We coordinate full container (FCL) and less-than-container (LCL) shipments through established freight forwarding partners, suitable for bulk and high-volume cargo.

  • FCL and LCL shipment coordination
  • Bill of lading management
  • Port-to-port and door-to-door options
  • Hazardous and temperature-sensitive cargo referrals

Air Freight

For time-sensitive shipments where speed takes priority. We coordinate air cargo through trusted freight partners for smaller, high-value, or urgent consignments.

  • Airway bill coordination
  • Express and standard air freight options
  • Suitable for high-value or perishable goods
  • Airport-to-airport and door-to-door options

Multimodal Logistics

Many trade routes benefit from combining sea, air, and land transport. We coordinate multimodal solutions that balance cost and transit time based on your specific requirements.

  • Combined sea-land routing
  • Air-land last-mile coordination
  • Cross-border road freight facilitation
  • Transit documentation support

The Trade Cycle

From Enquiry to Delivery — What to Expect

01

Requirement Submitted

You share your product specification, quantity, destination, and timeline. The more detail, the better — but we can work with a brief too.

02

Feasibility & Sourcing

We assess the requirement, identify suitable suppliers or buyers, and confirm whether the trade is viable before any commitment.

03

Terms Agreed

Pricing, payment terms, delivery terms (Incoterms), and timelines are agreed between all parties with full transparency.

04

Documentation Prepared

All trade documents — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading — are prepared accurately and on time.

05

Shipment Coordinated

Freight is booked, cargo is dispatched, and you receive regular updates on shipment status until delivery is confirmed.

06

Delivery & Closure

On receipt, any outstanding matters are resolved promptly. We follow up to confirm satisfaction and discuss future requirements.

A Note on Scope

We Take On What We Can Deliver.

Indus Crest Trade does not overstate its reach. We are a focused trading company that takes on engagements where we have the right supplier or buyer relationships, the regulatory knowledge, and the logistics coordination capability to execute properly. If a requirement is outside our current scope, we will tell you — and where possible, point you in the right direction. We would rather decline a trade than handle it poorly.
